Variable Capacity Red Wine Tanks

Variable capacity red wine tanks are multipurpose tanks with a floating lid top that seals against the walls of the tank when air pressures is applied with a pump to the interior of the tube providing the lid seal. The result is a tank that is suitable for storage and fermentation of various volumes and at the same time insuring quality by reducing exposure to air and oxygen when needed.

These tanks come equipped with:

· Cooling jacket

· Sloping bottom for ease of cleaning, 10% (alternate slopes on special order)

· Rectangular manway

· Bottom drain

· Racking port

· Temperature port

· Sample port

· Ladder top support

· AISI 304 stainless with 316 stainless lid

· Lid lifting mechanism, size 1500 liter and above

· Stainless support legs

Options:

· Oval manway for a dual purpose tank for both red and white wine fermentation (shown in picture)
