SANITARY BALL VALVE

with CIP flush & drain ports

These valves are primarily designed for use on tanks where material is pumped into the tank through the valve and then the valve is closed. Closing an ordinary ball valve traps material in the valve behind the ball, which can cause contamination. With the flush and drain type valve the material can be immediately flushed out after closing, thus avoiding subsequent contamination.

General Features:

• CIP flush and drain ports on the body.

• 316 Stainless Steel material with Teflon seats.

• Connections are sanitary clamp with I-Line or others available on request.
